Amara Holdings has extended the closing date of its offer to 5.30pm on Jan 16, two weeks later than the original closing date of Jan 2.
The family of Amara Holdings A34 , through Amethyst Assets, made a final cash offer of 60 cents to Amara’s shareholders on Nov 14, 2023.
As at Dec 29, Amethyst Assets has received a total of 497.5 million shares that have validly accepted its offer, or 86.53% of the total number of shares in Amara.
As at 2.10pm, shares in Amara are trading flat at 60 cents.
