City Gas has announced that its CEO Tan Chuan Huat will be stepping down as of September 30 to pursue personal interests.

City Gas, a fully owned subsidiary of Keppel Infrastructure Trust, has announced that its CEO Tan Chuan Huat will be stepping down as of September 30 to pursue personal interests.

City Gas said as part of a planned leadership transition, Tan will be succeeded by Perry Ong, who will be appointed as CEO-designate from September 1, and will then take over Tan’s duties on October 1.

Tan served as CEO since August 2016, and was responsible for the management and operations of City Gas during his tenure.

Shares in Keppel Infrastructure Trust closed at 54.5 cents, down 0.91% from its previous close of 55 cents on August 31.
