Frasers Property group chief investment officer Uten Lohachitpitaks will be stepping down effective Jan 1, 2022.
According to a Dec 10 press release by the company, Lohachitpitaks is resigning “to pursue other interests”.
Lohachitpitaks joined Frasers Property as group CIO in 2013. According to the company, he has been responsible for Frasers Property’s investment and capital markets transactions, and acquisition growth strategies.
“As part of the senior management team, Uten has played an instrumental role in driving Frasers Property’s strategic growth and PropTech investments,” the company states.
“Uten was one of the first key executives I worked with when I joined Frasers Property. He has played a key part in the company’s growth since we relisted in 2014. The board and I support his decision and are grateful to Uten for the dedication, passion and his meaningful contributions at Frasers Property. We wish him only the best,” says Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property.
“It has been an incredible journey being part of the Frasers Property Group growth story over the last eight years. I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with the Board, Panote and the leadership team at Frasers Property. I am very proud of our accomplishments and am comfortable making this move because of our progress thus far,” says Lohachitpitaks.

Frasers Property says that upon Lohachitpitaks's departure, group CFO Loo Choo Leong will be assisting Sirivadhanabhakdi in a transition plan.
As at 1.05pm, shares in Frasers Property are trading flat at $1.15.
