Singapore Land Group has received the go-ahead from URA to redevelop Clifford Centre, one of its properties, as part of its portfolio management strategy.
Clifford Centre is a 29-storey office and retail building right next to Raffles Place MRT.
Redevelopment works will start by early next year.
“The company will engage affected stakeholders with further details when the plans have been finalised,” says SingLand.
