AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT) has completed the divestment of 3 Toh Tuck Link for $24.388 million, according to a filing on June 17.
The property, which is a part four-storey and part five-storey warehouse building with ancillary office spaces, had a sale price which was 32.5% premium to valuation, as at March 31.
