BlackRock emerges as substantial shareholder of Cromwell European REIT
BlackRock now owns a 5.03% stake in the REIT, from 4.96% previously.

BlackRock has emerged as a substantial shareholder of Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT), revealed the REIT’s manager on Sept 21.

According to an SGX filing, BlackRock, on Sept 17, paid $1.00 million for 382,400 units in CEREIT from the market, or around $2.62 per unit.

With that, BlackRock now holds a total of 28.15 million units in the CEREIT, equivalent to 5.03%, up from 4.96% previously.

Units in CEREIT closed flat at €2.60 on Sept 21.
