Following the redemption, the notes will be cancelled with effect from Sept 4.
The manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX:C38U
) (CICT) announced, on Sept 4, that HSBC Institutional Trust Services, the trustee-manager of RCS Trust, has redeemed its $150 million 3.05% fixed rate notes that were due this year. RCS refers to Raffles City Singapore.
The notes were issued under CICT’s US$2 billion Euro medium term note programme, which was established in 2000.
