The manager of Digital Core REIT says its customer’s option to renew the lease for 8217 Linton Hall in Northern Virginia, expired unexercised on Dec 31, 2024.
The building, a fully-fitted, one-storey hyperscale data centre, is wholly-occupied by this customer, which contributed some 11% of annualised rent as at Sept 30, 2024.
