Keppel DC REIT MTN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel DC REIT, and issuer of the multicurrency medium term note programme, has increased the limit of the programme from $500 million to $2 billion.

Perpetual securities have also been added as a security listed under the programme.

The trustee of Keppel DC REIT, Perpetual (Asia), has been added as issuer under the programme.

In the case where Keppel DC REIT MTN is the relevant issuer, it will lend the net proceeds arising from the issue of notes under the amended programme to the trustee of Keppel DC REIT.
