Keppel DC REIT's manager announces new independent directors

Keppel DC REIT’s manager announced that Chua Soon Ghee and Andrew Tan will be appointed as Independent Directors of the manager with effect from September 1. As part of Board renewal, Lee Chiang Huat and Dileep Nair, will be stepping down from the Board, effective September 1 while Dr Tan Tin Wee will be stepping down from the Board, effective November 1.
