Koh Wee Lih, the CEO of Keppel REIT’s manager will be stepping down from his role come Dec 31. As part of Keppel's rotation in leadership roles, Koh will be assuming a new role as managing director, business development at Keppel, says Keppel REIT in a bourse filing on Nov 1.

Koh became the CEO of Keppel REIT on Dec 1, 2021. He was AIMS APAC REIT before that.

Chua Hsien Yang will replace Koh as CEO from Jan 1, 2025 onwards. Chua joined Keppel in 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate fund management and hospitality industries, including in mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments, business development and asset management globally, says Keppel REIT’s release.
