The manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) announced on Dec 2 that the REIT has been included under the Central Provident Fund Board’s CPF Investment Scheme – Ordinary Account with effect from Nov 30.
Investors may now use up to 35% of their investible savings in their CPF ordinary accounts to acquire units in the REIT.
