Tembusu’s Fullerton disposes of 115,100 units in CLAR for $0.3 mil

Fullerton, an investment manager and indirect subsidiary of Tembusu Capital, has disposed of 115,100 units in CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) (CLAR) to the open market. Tembusu Capital is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. 

The disposal, which was conducted on Sept 25, netted the group $328,552.95, or $2.85 per unit. 

Following the disposal, Fullerton’s stake in CLAR now stands at 0.454%.
