Oceanus will also be no longer required to announce its financial statements on a quarterly basis, under the amendments made by SGX on Feb 7, 2020.
Oceanus Group will change its presentation currency from Chinese renminbi (RMB) to Singapore dollars (SGD) moving forward.
As such, the company’s statements for the year ended Dec 31, 2020, will reflect this change.
