Hatten Land has triggered a query from Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) on March 22, after its shares rose to 5.7 cents as at 3.44pm, 62.9% higher than the 3.5 cents at market close on March 19.
This is the second such query in four months since Hatten Land’s shares last surged in Dec 8, 2020.

Shares in Hatten Land fell fairly steadily to 2.4 cents since its half year results were released on Feb 10.
In the query, SGX RegCo has asked Hatten Land to confirm its compliance with the listing rules, and to release any information that may explain the unusual share price movement.
As at 4.24pm, shares in Hatten Land are trading 1.8 cents higher or 51.4% up at 5.3 cents.
