UnUsUal 1D1

shares jumped more than 16% thus far today, triggering a trading query from the Singapore Exchange, citing "unusual" price movements.

The concert and live shows producer is helping to organise a series of upcoming concerts featuring leading Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung.

Six of the concerts originally scheduled have been sold out, another three are planned.

In its response after the market closed, the company says that response to Cheung's concert has been "overwhelming".

"Other than this, the company is also not aware of any other possible explanation for the unusual price and volume movements in the trading activity of the company’s shares," adds UnUsUal.

UnUsUal shares closed the day at 18 cents, up 13.58%.
