RATP Dev, which operates and maintains transportation systems on five continents, has formed a consortium with ComfortDelGro (SGX:C52) Transit to bid for the Copenhagen Metro operations, according to a joint release issued on Jan 21.

The consortium will also bid for the metro’s maintenance contract tender that will be issued later this year by Public Transport Authority Metroselskabet.

This is the third collaboration between RATP Dev and ComfortDelGro, where both companies tap on their expertise and local knowledge to deliver rail projects and asset management services.
