The Hermès spring/summer 2020 collection for women honours the specialist crafts still practised at the fashion house
Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski’s spring/summer 2020 collection for women at Hermès is an essay on graphic minimalism. She uses aprons, leather and saddlery to come up with silhouettes reminiscent of the 1990s as well as reinvent the sporty look.
Here are some standout ensembles:
Harness-inspired coat in nokcha (brown rice tea) green cotton gabardine, with racing green lambskin inserts and sleeves and palladium-finish metal buckle details sheathed in racing green calfskin. Nokcha green double-face silk knit racer back tank top, with sage green contrast bands. Straight-cut nokcha green cotton gabardine trousers with details in black washed cotton. Nokcha green calfskin sandals with ribbon straps in black technical fabric.
