SINGAPORE (July 3): Doing it for the kids
Designer fashion online store Net-A-Porter has partnered with Gabriela Hearst, a women’s luxury ready-to-wear and accessories designer from Uruguay. Hearst has designed a range of handbags for a global launch that comes with a cause: For each bag sold, Net-A-Porter will donate 10% of profits to Save the Children’s Coronavirus Response Fund. Hearst has also agreed to match this donation. Funds raised will go to keeping children around the world healthy, educated and protected during the Covid-19 crisis. Save the Children is working with communities in more than 110 countries to provide food, learning resources, healthcare, hygiene information and training to reduce the spread of the virus while keeping children safe in their homes and communities.
