SINGAPORE (July 9): A sweet start

Longines names award-winning local actress Rebecca Lim as a friend of the brand as she embodies the watch’s slogan — “Elegance is an Attitude”. In the advertising campaigns, Lim is teamed up with the Longines DolceVita watch that features the rectangular case inspired by a model from the 1920s, a nod to the Italian sweet life or la dolce vita. The orange strap brings a sense of fun to the watch (it comes in other colours like lime green, brown, coral or taupe). Of the association, Lim says: “It is an honour to be considered as a member of the Longines family. Longines’ commitment to excellence and elegance represents the very same values I have embraced in my passion for my craft.”
