The Ferrari Roma is more than just a car; it engages in all your five senses as it adopts the Italian way of life: nuova dolce vita, or living a new sweet life
On Nov 19, The Edge Singapore and a few guests attended the exclusive Roma Sensorial Discovery event where they were taken on a journey through the five senses. Guests were giv- en a chance to feel the refined contours and curves of the Ferrari Roma, enjoy luxurious leather and hold the steering wheel in their hands, hear the purring sound of the engine and savour the smell of the crisp Italian leather.
These were done in comfort underneath a beautiful white marquee set up on the lawn of Panamericana on Sentosa.
What every car needs is a car diffuser and we had the chance to check out the ones created by fragrance brand Acqua di Parma and leather experts Poltrona Frau. The diffuser is easily attached to the car’s ventilation grille by means of convenient magnetic support. When the car’s ventilation system is activated, the cold diffusion of the fragrance is started via the air circulation in the diffuser’s grilles.
We also tried one of the most comfortable chairs that is perfect for a home office. This is, of course, by Poltrona Frau that is known for its home furnishings, especially its use of leather.
There were many opportunities for Instagram moments inside and outside the marquee that was made even more memorable with a beautiful sunset — the perfect way to end a day that engaged our senses.
