Orchard Road is the shopping and entertainment district that oozes the latest fashion and modern trends. Mirroring that vibe is the new Pullman Singapore Orchard, the latest launch from Accor’s world-leading premium Pullman Hotel and Resorts brand.
Located at the junction of Orchard Road and Bideford Road, this modern and stylish hotel will allow guests to balance business and leisure. As the ultimate playground for today’s new entrepreneurs, Pullman Singapore Orchard marries progressive, vibrant design with intuitive and seamless hospitality to inspire minds and energise bodies.
Surrounded by major retail malls, leading fashion labels and global brands, Pullman Singapore Orchard hosts guests in the city’s commercial heart. Orchard and Somerset MRT Stations are only moments away while Changi International Airport can be conveniently reached in just 20 minutes.
Taking its cue from its metropolitan location, Pullman Singapore Orchard’s signature spaces are designed to celebrate the fashion powerhouses that surround it. Art and fashion artefacts are placed at every corner to spark creativity and inspire; impactful materials create bold and compelling spaces while common spaces have a retail design aesthetic.
The 326 innovative, fashion-inspired rooms and suites come in nine configurations, ranging from classic rooms to the presidential suite, and are fully automated so guests can customise every part of the ambience, including the lighting and temperature. In addition, 18 club residence rooms will offer access to the hotel’s Archive Club, a multi-purpose executive lounge with pockets for work, relaxation and social interaction. Families are welcomed with guaranteed interconnecting rooms.

We can’t wait to show Singapore what Pullman is about.”
Options had the chance to spend the weekend in Pullman, and it was a staycation of fun under the sun, good food all around and peaceful rest. Upon arriving at Pullman Singapore Orchard, I checked in with my smartphone via the Pullman app and activated my room keys. Just in case, I also went to the front desk to grab a set of room key cards but quickly realised that I didn’t need them at all.
The journey to my hotel room from the lobby was interesting; I walked through a tunnelled walkway filled with changing lights — a spot where you must take a few pictures for that trendy Instagram post.
I stayed in a club residence room (from $522.20), a rather spacious one spanning about 409 sq ft. The room sports a large king-sized bed with soft down pillows and a duvet, an en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and a rain shower.
The room was nothing short of perfection, as it was clean, comfortable and luxurious. Booking a club residence room will also give you access to the Archive Club, which is a great place for some quiet social interaction and serves canapes and drinks throughout the day.
If you want to work on your tan, then the PSO Beach Club is the space for you. Located on level 4, just next to the Eden Restaurant, the PSO Beach Club offers guests the chance to relax and space to perform at their best, with ambient music, cosy cabanas, sun beds, a striking pool and a swim-up pool bar. There are also cute buttons around the club for guests to press to order rosé or cocktails! Now, that’s an easy way to get your tipple by the pool.

After working up an appetite from swimming, dinner was at the Eden Restaurant, which celebrates diverse flavours of Asia with an elevated yet modern twist. In a stunning, light-filled glasshouse, guests can dine in the backdrop of high-energy, live cooking stations. The breakfast buffet was also served here.
Some favourite must-try dishes at Eden Restaurant include the Eden Crab Cakes ($30++), Beef Rendang ($28++), Szechuan T-Bone ($138++) and Coconut Pandan Tart ($14++).
Pair them with well-crafted cocktails that pay homage to Asian traditions. The cocktail programme has been designed in partnership with Orientalist Spirits, marrying their artisanal spirits from the Orient with the finest regional ingredients. With Asian ingredients such as spiced pineapple, roselle, and Oolong tea, bestsellers include 50 Shades of Red, The Originals, and Kelapa Club, available at $19++ each.
While I packed my day with food and alcohol, it was no surprise that I fell quickly into deep slumber once I hit the soft and comfortable bed. My stay at Pullman was a memorable one that made the very seamless checkout process a little bittersweet.
