I appreciated this the most, as I’ve witnessed instances at various spin studios where beginners tend to overexert themselves during their initial sessions, leading to potential injuries. The continual reminders for new riders to take their time on the bike, enjoy the music, and relish the overall class experience are crucial elements for a class that welcomes novices.
The class provided a safe and welcoming space for all riders, regardless of experience, to enjoy and groove to the music.
