The wagyu don expert, Fat Cow, has put together a three-course set lunch ($99++) — available for dine-in or takeaway from now till May 9 — comprised of fresh Sashimi Moriawase, succulent Miyazaki Wagyu Steak, light and fluffy Tempura Moriawase, accompanied with a medley of fresh greens, and finished off with a slice of Burnt Basque de Cheesecake with Seasonal Sorbet. This Mother’s Day set is served with Fat Cow’s signature Fat Rice, which features Japanese rice cooked perfectly al dente, then mixed with rendered wagyu beef fat, hand-minced dried kelp and truffle oil. Ready-to-cook Premium Wagyu sets for two are also available: Shabu Shabu or Sukiyaki ($168++) featuring Himeiji Wagyu and Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Striploin Yakiniku; Yakiniku ($228++) featuring four cuts of beef; the 21-day Dry-aged Nagasaki, Himeiji A5 Wagyu Ribeye, Toriyama A4 Wagyu Tenderloin, and Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Striploin.

Celebrate Mother’s Day over tantalising Cantonese fare at Yàn with an auspicious six- or eight-course lunch or dinner set menu for dine-in, or six-course takeaway meal, available from now till May 9. Highlights of the six-course set menu ($88++ per person) include nourishing Double-boiled Peru Maca Soup with Sea Whelks, Steamed Black Cod Fillet with Cordyceps Flower, and Chicken Broth with Mee Sua and Fish Maw. The eight-course set menu ($128++ per person) offers more Cantonese classics such as the Yàn Peking Duck, Soon Hock Fish with Soya Sauce, Braised Two-Head Abalone with Black Mushroom and Vegetables, and Braised Ee Fu Noodles with Lobster Meat. Completing the feasts is a refreshing dessert of Chilled Apricot with Sea Coconut and Almond Seed, and an additional Red Bean Pancake for the eight-course menu.
