The Tusa armchair could be the perfect statement piece for your home
SINGAPORE (Mar 11): Each year, designers and retailers of home furnishings look forward to IMM Cologne, an international furniture and interiors fair that highlights the best in interior design ideas for every room, style and requirement.
Zanotta, one of the leaders at interpreting and forecasting furniture trends, participated this year. Founded in 1954, the company made its mark with the iconic Saco bean bag chair as well as Blow, the fi rst infl atable chair.
At IMM Cologne 2019 in January, the company unveiled two new products: Echino cof fee tables and Tusa armchairs.
If you are looking for statement pieces, we recommend the elegant Tusa armchairs. The legs are in ash-grey or black painted steel while the plywood seat is upholstered with self-extinguishing polyurethane foam. The backrest is made of steel with self-extinguishing polyurethane foam upholstery. All the fabric and leather used can be removed for easy cleaning.
The armchairs were designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, who has worked with leading brands such as Artemide and Moroso, as well as for shops, showrooms and exhibitions with Panasonic and Dolce & Gabbana. Apart from products, the 65-year-old Milanese designer has also done housing projects, villas, industrial buildings, restaurants and hotels, both in Italy and worldwide.
