MO Bar
As digital menus quickly replace physical booklets in restaurants and bars, MO Bar has introduced a unique way for customers to access their offerings.
Watch the bar’s drinks come alive with a fully interactive digital menu to complement the MO Bar experience.
Featuring the bar’s Volume Three menu — launched last November — the oneof-a-kind digital hub explores innovative ways to take customers on a journey.
By scanning a QR code, guests are whisked away to a whole new world of drink offerings, presented in vibrant colours and animations.
The animated menu invites users to scroll and discover the various symbols representing the qualities of each drink, along with the glassware used.
Clicking on any of the regionally inspired drinks will even bring guests to a complete description, story and a close-up of each item.

Ce La Vi
Ce La Vi presents a new cocktail programme across its spaces atop the Marina Bay Sands. Lead mixologist Andrew Hyman draws on some two decades of bartending experience across seven different countries, designing distinct drinks for the crowd and ambience at each of Ce La Vi’s unique spaces.
The refreshing SkyBar Signatures ($25++ each) feature a mix of familiar and exotic ingredients. Try the fruity and herbaceous Paper Lantern with Don Julio Blanco tequila, physalis, passion fruit and thyme, or the spirit-forward Old Memories, a twist on an Old Fashioned based on the popular coconut, corn and sago pudding dessert in Thailand with Rebel Yell Rye, coconut, pandan, popcorn and bitters.
The Restaurant Signatures ($25++ each) were created using global ingredients and techniques to pair seamlessly with Ce La Vi’s modern Asian cuisine. Highlights include the Border Crossing #2, representing the influence of Nyonya cuisine blending Chinese ingredients with various distinct spices used by the Malay and Indonesian communities, with Havana three year old Rum, coconut, cucumber, pineapple sambal and sesame and the Even, a Japanese twist on the classic New York Sour with Monkey Shoulder whisky, Shichimi Togarashi Spice and hibiscus tea.
Finally, the Sky Lounge Signatures ($25++ each) offer easy-going options like the Tropical Savanna with Aperol, coconut, pineapple and hunter’s spirit, the Once in a Life Time with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, ginger, wasabi, nori and soda, The Epicurean with Monkey Shoulder whisky, medium-dry vermouth, coconut and pandan and the Golden Age with Havana Club three year old rum, kaffir lime and lemongrass.

Kinki
A decade after its opening, Kinki Restaurant + Bar starts a new chapter with a revamp. Expect the same stunning waterfront views but with even more East-West inspired drinks and reinvented Japanese classics over two levels at the conserved Customs House at 70 Collyer Quay.
Built around the theme of the Japanese geisha, Kinki presents a new collection of sophisticated cocktails inspired by the lady of the house. Go with the Geisha-Rita ($22), the establishment’s take on the margarita with Ocho Blanco tequila, Nigori umeshu (plum wine), cointreau, lime juice and freshly cracked pepper taking the place of salt.
The fragrant Gin Assam Boi ($20) features Kyro gin, Malibu rum, Gori umeshu and pineapple juice, which fuse into an olive-green concoction that is garnished with Assam powder and a pickled ume. With safe distancing measures in place, the new space now seats 51 people.
