There are five two-Michelin starred restaurants. Those who have retained their stars include Saint Pierre, Shisen Hanten, Shoukouwa, and Waku Ghin plus new entrant Jaan by Kirk Westaway, which is known for its modern British cuisine.

Michelin Guide Singapore 2021
With close to 50 Michelin-starred restaurants awarded at this year’s Michelin Guide Singapore—on top of numerous Plate and Bib Gourmand winners — there is plenty of reason to get dressed and head out for a fine meal. On the Michelin Star restaurant selection for this year, there are three with the highest honour of three Michelin stars, which include mainstayers Odette and Les Amis and newly-promoted Zen, which dishes out Nordic fare with a Japanese twist.
