Azeus Systems secures HKD11.2 mil tender to provide IT services to Hong Kong government

The company has proposed a final dividend of HK$1.62 per share, 100% of its profit for the period.

This is the single largest contract secured by Azeus so far.

Shares in Azeus closed 11 cents lower or 7.7% down at $1.31 on Nov 13.

Azeus says this is likely to be the first time that a Singapore-listed company has conducted a real-time two-way interaction between the company’s management and its shareholders.

The significant increase is driven by 68.1% growth in contributions from the Azeus Products segment.
