SINGAPORE (Sept 22): Del Monte Foods, Inc (DMFI), the US subsidiary of Del Monte Pacific, has entered into an agreement to sell its Sager Creek vegetable business to McCall Farms for a consideration sum of US$55 million ($74.3 million).

SINGAPORE (March 10): Del Monte Pacific reported 3Q earnings of US$8.5 million ($12.1 million), a turnaround from the net loss of US$4.8 million from a year ago.
