Global Logistic Properties (GLP)

GLP was taken private in 2017 after a seven-year listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

The investments will be in Tokyo and Osaka, with the first building expected to be ready for service from 2024.

The fund is set to be one of Southeast Asia’s largest logistics development funds.

GDS had wanted to use US$1.7 bil raised from a HK secondary listing in 2020 to acquire date centres across the region.

The fund is expected to reach over $9.1 bil of AUM when fully deployed.

The loan, extended by ten banks, was led by Dutch lender ING.
