SINGAPORE (Oct 20): The manager of Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) has posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.41 cents for the 4Q17 ended Sept, declining 1.6% from its DPU of 2.45 cents in 4Q16 a year ago on lower revenue and net property income.

SINGAPORE (Oct 21): Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) posted a record distribution per stapled security of 9.8 cents for FY 16 to Sept, the highest payout since its listing in 2006.

SINGAPORE (July 22): Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) posted a 2.6% rise in distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.41 cents for the 3Q16 ended June compared to 2.35 cents in the same period of last year.
