SINGAPORE (March 14): 3Cnergy, the investment holding company formerly known as HSR Global, announced it last Friday incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia called 3Cnergy Living Sdn. Bhd.

The new subsidiary has an initial issued and paid-up capital of RM100.00, comprising 100 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

The group says the incorporation of 3Cnergy Living is in line with its business plans to provide aged care centres and nursing homes as well as ancillary services such as refreshments, groceries, recreation facilities and related consultancy services.
