SINGAPORE (July 11): Alliance Mineral Assets on Monday night released more details regarding the “married deal” described in its change in interest announcement which was filed on June 17.

AMA says the 46.07 million of the company’s shares transferred to Grande Pacific by Living Waters Mining Australia (LWMA) on June 16 was made under a settlement agreement.

LWMA is an entity used by AMA CEO Tjandra Pramoko and his wife and Executive Director Suen Sze Man to hold their shares in AMA. Grande Pacific is an entity owned by Marilyn Ting Hong Lean, the wife of Jonathan Lim Keng Hock.
