SINGAPORE (June 18): Allied Technologies on Monday raised $25.2 million by selling 420 million shares at 6 cents each to four investors in a private placement.

This is to fund potential acquisitions to further expand and strengthen its service offerings in its new e-commerce business segment.

Allied currently provides integrated manufacturing services ranging from design and product development prototyping, tool and die fabrication, production and mechanical sub-assembly services for customers.
