SINGAPORE (Nov 22): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Tuesday morning:

Boustead Projects, the specialist in real-estate solutions, announced that wholly-owned entity, BP-DoJo has won a JTC contract to develop a multi-tenanted business park building. The business park is located at the 19-hectare Mediapolis within JTC’s 200ha one-north development. BP-DoJo was awarded the site based on a winning bid price of $88.9 million. Boustead Projects closed at 70 cents.

Pharmaceutical company iX Biopharma announced that it has been granted a patent in South Africa for its WaferiX drug delivery technology. The patent will expire on Oct 26, 2030. WaferiX is a fast-dissolving wafer formulation that allows drugs to be administered by placing under the tongue. Shares of iX Biopharma closed 1 cent lower at 30 cents.
