Ascendas Hospitality Trust to lease entire hotel in Tokyo to single operator

SINGAPORE (Nov 30): Ascendas Hospitality Trust has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to lease Hotel Sunroute Ariake and Oakwood Apartments Ariake Tokyo entirely to Sotetsu Hotel Management Co.

This will take effect from Apr 1, 2018, with the entire hotel operating under the Sunroute brand.

The hotel is currently a dual-brand accommodation comprising Hotel Sunroute Ariake with 790 guest rooms and Oakwood Apartments Ariake Tokyo with 122 serviced apartments.
