SINGAPORE (July 9): Asiatravel.com Holdings has called for the trading of its shares on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) to be suspended with immediate effect.

In a series of filings to SGX late on Friday evening, the group says it is unable to demonstrate that it is able to continue as a going concern, due to the uncertain timeline for the respective cash flows into the group.

The group’s independent auditors, Ernst & Young LLP, had included a disclaimer of opinion in its report of the audited financial statements for the FY17 ended Dec 31, 2017.
