SINGAPORE (June 14): Best World International says the $15.7 million increase in revenue generated in 1Q16 ended March from its Taiwan segment was due to several factors.

The online platform contributed $2.9 million, representing 18.4% of the increase, it explained. The opening of its new Kaohsiung regional centre also contributed $4.9 million, representing 31.3% of the increase while its existing Taichung and Taipei regional centres registered $7.9 million in sales, representing a 50.3% increase.

This was “mainly due to more numbers of product presentations, trainings and seminars during the quarter as a result of the higher numbers of members in the Taiwan market,” says Best World.
