ES Group sounds profit warning; closes 40% down

ES Group (Holdings) has issued a warning that it expects to report a net loss for FY2022 ended Dec 31 2022.

This is due mainly to the group’s vessel, ES Jewel, having suffered unexpected breakdown in 2HFY2022, which resulted in significant repair and maintenance expense.
