Entertainment venue operator Goodwill Entertainment, which listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in November 2024, currently trades at 12.3 times price-to-earnings (P/E), below the Catalist average of 13.3 times, says SAC Capital.

In an unrated July 1 report, SAC Capital analyst Daniel Ng says Goodwill is a “leading player” in Singapore’s entertainment scene as it operates the HaveFun Family Karaoke chain with 11 outlets across the island.

In 2023, Goodwill diversified into new ventures like FATE by HaveFun, a dance club concept at Cineleisure Orchard; and HaveFun Live Show, a daily concert-style venue at Bugis+ mall.
