Colex Holdings has appointed Liau Khin Siong to replace Liew Kim Tiong as Colex Environmental’s director of its waste management division with effect from Oct 19.
Colex previously announced on Sep 23 that executive chairman Ding Chek Leh had held the position in the interim after Liew Kim Tiong vacated the role.
On Oct 17, Bonvests Holdings proposed to acquire the remaining shares it does not own in Colex with an offer of 23 cents per share in cash and an intention to delist the latter.
Shares in Colex closed 3.6 cents or 19.57% up at 22 cents on Oct 18.
