The new mandates — Singapore All Share Strategy and Singapore Small Mid Cap Strategy — are intended to deepen Amova’s coverage of the local market and channel fresh capital into smaller companies, in line with EQDP’s objective of revitalising Singapore’s equity ecosystem.
Amova Asset Management, one of six appointed managers under the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) Equity Market Development Programme (EQDP), plans to launch two new Singapore equity funds in 1Q2026, subject to regulatory approval.
The firm, rebranded globally from Nikko Asset Management in September 2025, is the only EQDP manager so far to commit two strategies under the scheme.
