The repurchased shares will be cancelled. As at March 25, the group has 288.6 million ordinary shares in its issued share capital.
Jardine Matheson Holdings has repurchased 43,300 shares from the market on March 25 at a weighted average purchase price of US$37.247 ($50.11) per share.
According to the filing dated March 25, the highest price paid was US$37.2475 while the lowest price paid was US$37.2463.
