Following the transaction, Silchester’s stake has been reduced to 5.942% from 6.029% previously.
Silchester International Investors, acting on behalf for “certain commingled funds”, has sold 738,400 shares in UOL for $3.96 million or $5.36 per share.
The shares were disposed via market transaction on Feb 24.
