Following the recent bonus share issue of three for four, OKP plans to pay a final dividend of 0.7 cent, plus a special dividend of 1.3 cents.
OKP Holdings has reported earnings of $25.1 million for its 2HFY2025, up 15.3% y-o-y. This brings its full-year net profit to $44.3 million, an increase of 31.3% over the preceding FY2024.
Revenue for the second half was up 10.5% to $119.1 million, while its entire FY2025 revenue was up 22.9% to $223.5 million. The company saw lower rental income but its core businesses of construction and maintenance grew.
