Property expenses were up by 2.6% y-o-y to US$11.8 million due to higher real estate taxes and insurance expenses.
United Hampshire US REIT (UHREIT) has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.09 US cents (2.7 cents) for the 1HFY2025 ended June 30, 4% higher y-o-y.
Gross revenue for the period fell by 3% y-o-y to US$35.7 million mainly from the absence of contribution from three divested properties, the Freestanding Lowe’s and Sam’s Club properties within Hudson Valley Plaza and the Albany supermarket. These properties were divested in August 2024 and January this year, respectively.
