SINGAPORE (Mar 13): Nearly 85% of Singaporeans believe mature employees stand a better chance of staying employable if they receive sufficient support from the government.

Meanwhile, 90.4% of Singaporeans -- the highest in Southeast Asia -- look to their employers for support.

The survey also reported 92.4% of Singaporean mature workers strongly believe they have a chance to stay employable only if their employers support them.
