SINGAPORE (Aug 14): Tjandra Pramoko, the CEO of Alliance Mineral Assets, says “there is no longer any dispute” between Living Waters Mining Australia and himself regarding Jonathan Lim and Grande Pacific’s interest in Alliance Mineral shares.

“Any previous dispute(s) have now been settled pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement on 25 April 2017,” says Pramoko in his open letter to shareholders which was released by Alliance Mineral in a filing on Monday night.

However no mention was made about fate of the the 72.3 million shares or 15% stake in Alliance Mineral, whose deemed owners are Pramoko and his wife Suen Sze Man, that were seized on June 30 on a Singapore court order.
