SINGAPORE (Aug 15): CEO Tjandra Pramoko and his wife Suen Sze Man would still remain the largest shareholders of Alliance Mineral Assets -- albeit with a smaller stake -- if their dispute with Jonathan Lim Keng Hock has been settled as claimed.

In an open letter to shareholders which was released by Alliance Mineral in a filing on Monday night, Pramoko says “there is no longer any dispute” between Living Waters Mining Australia (LWMA) and himself regarding Lim and Grande Pacific’s interest in Alliance Mineral shares.
