Christmas could arrive today for Yoma, says DBS

SINGAPORE (Dec 15): Christmas could arrive early today for Yoma Strategic, one of the few listed proxies for the Myanmar property market, says DBS.

Myanmar government’s Department of Urban Housing Development (DUHD) is reportedly holding a press conference at 1pm to finally announce the long awaited issuance of the condominium rules.

While details of the conference are non-existence at the time of writing, this could represent the final steps for the implementation of the condominium law, says analyst Rachel Tan.
